Growth of weeds and trees and debris in flood control channel along Sorrento Valley Road near Coaster Station.

The condition of the Gunn sidewalk, curb, and driveway apron at this location (Utah street to Granada) has deteriorated to the point that I believe it’s a safety hazard. The sidewalk is cracked, uneven, and damaged, creating multiple tripping hazards for pedestrians. Several individuals have already near tripped while walking through this area. The driveway apron is also in very poor condition and contributes to the unsafe walking surface. Additionally, the curb has been almost destroyed and is now essentially level with the roadway in several areas. The loss of a defined curb creates a dangerous condition as there’s no separation between pedestrian and vehicle traffic, reducing visibility of the sidewalk edge, and may increase the risk of pedestrians inadvertently stepping into the street.

Ford 150, color tan, has been parked since about 7/16/2026 and has not moved.

I wasn’t sure what to put this under but this water meter cover is missing half the top of it somebody’s gonna step in this trip over it. It’s dangerous. Somebody needs to come out and replace it please
