Occupying much needed parking space especially after 100+unit complex newly built with no parking spaces. Please help. Drive by and it will be the obvious dismantled cobweb cars surrounded w accumulated trash inviting ilegal activity. Street sweeping cant clean for months only put tickets that fly away. Please help .
