- Homeless person sleeping up against and tying all his belongings to a pole from a parking meter that my laborer needs to remove on the North side of the 3100 block of El Cajon Blvd. He did not feel comfortable removing it until the homeless person has been removed or asked to leave the location where our existing pole needs to be taken out. The laborer placed a cone on the pole for the time being.
