- Vehicle Habitation Ordinance, living in a vehicle is banned between 9 PM and 6 AM, and at all times within 500 feet of a school or home. This vehicle has been in the neighborhood for weeks know. Clearly living in his vehicle. I’m not happy and concerned about this person and the safety of my children. He needs to leave. ASAP
