- Several unhoused people along 7th Ave parking lot fence between island and market , Captain Shebloski and Lt Devore had promised to have patrol regularly enforce no camping / loitering. There are now 4-5 using illegal substances. Please note this is along both sidewalks of 7th between Market and Island along the fence.
