- A homeless man has been sleeping with his partner for the last year. He has been camping behind the parking lot/garage behind the “The Wise Ox” facing the alley street. He usually gets there late at night, 9-10 PM and is very noisy in the middle of the night. He often yells to his partner and we can see him piss on the street. Multiple neighbors have tried to make him lower his voice but he just yells back. We want him gone.
