- At 7:31 the 3 bus did not arrive. A bus carrying 3 passengers passed with a “ NOT IN SERVICE” sign at the same time the 3 bus was scheduled to arrive. The 120 bus arrived before its scheduled time. The schedule stated it runs every 15 minutes. The 3 bus arrived at least 30 minutes late and 18 minutes from its scheduled time.
