City better get their street engineers out to union street in front of the new WEST APTS. when you park in the white zone for pick up and drop off there is noooo room for someone to pass u less they cross a double yellow into the other lane and is not safe at all. I’ve been complaining about this vehicle for weeks ridiculous the time frame to get to it. It’s been sitting in the same spot for weeks abandoned with expired plates and bent license plates. This car needs to be towed it’s abandoned
