Someone in a Honda is illegally painting street parking with red spray paint on Omega Drive. The most recent happened tonight, March 3rd at approximately 10:45pm

Same giant rv camped in park after 10 pm

Car has been parked there for weeks now. Has a flat tire. Looks like it was abandoned because of the flat tire. It also a 72 hr violation.

I live at Phillip McDonald II 7184 Salizar St San Diego Ca 92111 multiple potholes on Armstrong Pl cross streets on both sides are Armstrong st. & Ashford st. So many some are kind of deep holes I drive on street a lot || LOCATION: On Armstrong Pl. multiple potholes on left , right , middle cross Streets are Armstrong St. & Ashford St. || LANE: Multiple both sides and middle r || DIRECTION: Unknown

Several unhoused people along 7th Ave parking lot fence between island and market , Captain Shebloski and Lt Devore had promised to have patrol regularly enforce no camping / loitering. There are now 4-5 using illegal substances. Please note this is along both sidewalks of 7th between Market and Island along the fence.
