This car has been abandoned and has been parked at this location for over a year without being moved. Parking on this street is already extremely limited and the vehicle is occupying a valuable parking space that could be used by residents. Please investigate the vehicle and have it towed/removed so the parking space can be returned for public use

Trash bin not collected due to car parking close to it.

Fence has been cut and there are 2-3 homeless encampments tents inside it along flood control channel that have been there for over a week, also bag of garbage that has spilled over onto bike path causing future obstacles for cyclists.
