I have complained about my neighbor backyard over grown shrubs and trees combined with junk that attracted many rodents and wild animals like Raccoons and Skunks, they are in my attic and I have bill of $13000 to remove them, should I send the bill to the city to pay? Please advise.

Everytime it rains or theres water running, it floods the walk way into the sidewalk, people can't get onto the sidewalk they have to walk on the street

Due to poor visibility and heavy traffic at this intersection, it is necessary for a stop sign or other traffic control measure to be installed. There have been numerous accidents at this location over the past several decades. The main issue is visibility. Drivers are forced to pull well past the existing stop line to check whether the road is clear. This often places the front of the vehicle directly into the traffic lane before the driver can safely see approaching cars, creating a dangerous situation. This intersection is also located near an elementary school. Small children and parents walk through this area daily while traveling to and from school. With the number of crashes already occurring here—even in broad daylight—the risk of a pedestrian being struck is extremely concerning. If drivers sometimes cannot see other vehicles until it is too late, it raises serious concerns that a pedestrian could be even harder to see.

On Nobel Dr heading east, there is neither a protected left turn lane into University Center Ln, nor is there signage prohibiting turning left. As a result, any cars trying to turn left generally either impede through traffic on Nobel, or speed through their turn at the danger of other cars and pedestrians. An updated traffic control plan is highly advised.

Requesting removal of an unhoused individual that is disabled loitering in front of 412 17th street. Thank you

Large pothole, 16" x 8", in middle of driving lane of Southbound side of La Jolla Shores Dr, just north of 8440 driveway.

Trim trees along 12583 camarero ct. Trees hang way over into yard, sap drips everywhere. Request has been made multiple times.

The sun and weather has bleached and faded both of these signs, they are very hard to read. They need to be replaced. Thank you- Simone Woodin
