Hello. My wife and I live nearby and are hoping the city can help with an issue at a neighboring property. There appears to be a very large overgrown tree near the telephone lines, and there has been a significant increase in rats and mosquitoes in the area. Several neighbors have noticed the same problem. We’re wondering if the property could be checked for potential hazards or standing water that may be contributing.
